§ 11 Cancellation policy

Right of cancellation

The customer has the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by the customer, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise the right of cancellation, the customer must inform us of his decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send notification of exercising the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of cancellation

If the customer cancels this contract, sugrbag must refund all payments it has received from the customer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that the customer has chosen a different type of delivery than the cheap standard delivery offered by sugrbag), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which sugrbag receives notification of the cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, sugrbag will use the same means of payment that the customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer, in no case will the customer be charged any fees for this repayment. sugrbag may refuse repayment until they have received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. The customer must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which he informs sugrbag of the cancellation of this contract to

or to hand them over. The deadline is met if the customer dispatches the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. The customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The customer shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Note:

Please handle the goods with care. Only use them in the usual way for trying on. We are sure you will understand that we cannot take back goods that have been visibly worn, washed, damaged or soiled several times, especially by make-up, deodorant, smoke or animal hair.

Please return the goods in the original packaging if possible or use comparable outer packaging to protect the goods from transport damage or soiling. Thank you for your understanding.

Of course, this does not affect the customer's right of cancellation, but in this case sugrbag reserves the right to claim damages in an appropriate amount.
